This unique event welcomed top leaders from seven different countries to an intensive two-day working session in the client's own backyard.

With a focus on the global aspect of the meeting, Underwood Events managed the creation of a custom-developed stage set and audio visual installation, and coordinated several logistically challenging small group components. In addition, many of the details were managed on the fly as information became available during the event.

Our partnerships with the top design, audio visual, catering, venue and media production companies in our area made this a very successful event.
