The mission? To add an explosive excitement to an existing teambuilding event and engage employees in a one-of-a-kind experience. One of the most fun events we’ve produced, it resulted in rave reviews from the client and from the attendees.

The battle plan? Break a group of 200 executives into small groups, task them with a variety of unique and thematic activities, award them seemingly nonsensical prizes for each task directing them to collect the prizes at their base camp.  The prizes were then assembled into care packages that were sent overseas to troops fighting abroad, with the help of the local USO. Thick with camouflage décor and attire, music, maneuvers, and the Underwood Events team members in full military mode, the event was believable, enjoyable and successful.
