This event offered a unique challenge – to recreate a space that had already been seen and used by the Associates that day and give it a total transformation for a meeting finale. Because this was the only opportunity in the two-day meeting schedule to socialize with fellow Associates and relax, the client wanted it to be a very special event.

Earlier, the room was used for breakfast and lunch. Underwood Events designed and carried out every detail of the room, orchestrating everything from lighting and the amount of seating to the color palette and the creation of the one-of-a-kind menu. Guests were left to wonder, "Is this the same room?"
