Three days of speakers, activities, and networking.  The annual Rexnord Global Leadership Conference took place at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, and for the fifth year, Underwood Events was asked to design and orchestrate the entire event, which brought together the top leaders from every business unit. 

The theme was The Rexnord Standard… principles of excellence and competitiveness that set Rexnord apart in its industry and in the world. Underscoring that balance, Underwood Events created a variety of experiences for guests, in which basic utilitarian areas of the hotel were transformed into incredible spaces including a high-energy tailgate party and an upscale lounge.

Emphasizing the global nature of the company, the event adopted a circular theme, and it was carried out in detailed ways, including custom-created printed material and signage, lighting, stage props, and even the style of custom furnishings brought in. A fresh and vibrant ambiance greeted the guests each night, offering them a comfortable and vibrant space in which to engage with colleagues. 

To kick off the meeting, a custom video, shot from the perspective of someone wearing a Sony GoPro video camera, was debuted, and guests were pleasantly shocked to receive their own camera as a conference gift.
