Over four days, an international audience convened in Nebraska for the 2013 Water for Food Global Conference. Underwood Events coordinated every aspect of the conference, which hosted 450 attendees from 24 countries.

This was the organization’s fifth annual conference, and the client wanted to reinvent it with a creative approach that would maintain key broad strokes but also energize the event with a vibrant new direction.

Underwood Events developed the event theme and implemented it into every part of the conference experience to clearly convey the organization’s purpose and passion. From event graphics, audiovisuals, and lighting to room design and food and beverage selections, each component was carefully chosen to create a consistent feel to the event. Underwood Events was also the event travel concierge, coordinating arrangements for 50+ speakers, many who were traveling internationally.
